Sukuna had realized the potential of Megumi’s cursed technique, but he had also encountered resistance towards it. He was not a vessel but a cage like Yuji. So Sukuna waited for the right moment, the moment when Megumi’s soul breaks.
Itadori is horrified, his finger has not healed. He tries to call Megumi but Itadori is smashed into several buildings while Sukuna hits him.
Takaba and Maki noticing the big commotion, come over to inspect. Sukuna notices and begins to say that insects sprout out of nowhere all the time as he signs Megumi’s cursed technique and summons…. NUE, SUKUNA VERSION!
